Primary focus areas are within the six zip codes - 64126, 64127, 64128, 64129, 64130, and 64132 - identified by the City of Kansas City Missouri Health Commission Community Health Improvement Plan (KC-CHIP) as low life expectancy areas, adopted by KC Parks as Quality of Life Investment Districts (QLID), plus Tier 1 from MDC’s community conservation mapping and the Climate and Economic Justice Screening Tool.
