Treesilience Chicago is conducted through the Imani Green Health Advocates program which is a paid 6-month program for 18-25-year-olds. Participants, called Advocates, explore careers in community health and conservation, focusing on the intersection in these fields. Advocates work together to engage South Side community members, particularly through Treesilience, while also learning skills for future career opportunities. In Chicago, the Treesilience program offers services primarily on private property, including pruning, tree replacement, and new plantings for homeowners, small business owners, and houses of worship.
